The Strip House

The ambience was nice and cozy. With the velvet floors, mirrors along the walls, portraits of people, this place has an old hollywood charm.

Striphouse Roasted Bacon

This is one sinful fatty slab of bacon. It's the fattiest bacon I've ever had. Usually those in English breakfasts are streaky bacon but this is bacon bacon :o The crust was really yummy and smokey. Mmmm. Yums.

Half an 8oz. Fillet Mignon

They don't sell this by the halve but since I was too full to eat the entire 8oz. I shared it with my sister. Well but if you haven't had a late tea, an 8oz. Fillet Mignon would be just nice to fill you up :)

Seared crispy but still very moist and tender inside. Not only was the Fillet Mignon fantastically done, the garlic on the side was roasted to perfection. Roasting garlic gives it that soft texture that resembles melted butter and the garlic's taste becomes milder and sweeter. Its amazing how what garlic can become after roasting.

Opps blur photo. The restaurant is pretty dim and its red all around. Getting a good shot wasn't easy especially since I didn't wanna annoy others. But check out the salt flakes on that very well done fillet mignon. The salt itself tasted so good and it complemented the beef impeccably. Best beef ever.
